On 19 December 2012, Pre-Christmas day was celebrated in participation of Synod staff. The day was started with Holy Communion Service at 9 am. After the service Rt Revd Paul S Sarker marked the day with cutting cake with the children. Later a cultural programme took place attending staff members and their children. The programme was concluded with giving gifts and by lunch.

A teacher training took place on 12 July, 2013 at Rupantor Training Centre in Kushtia Diocese campus for the primary school teachers (class III to V) from different schools of Kushtia Diocese. A total of 32 teachers attended the training programme. The welcome session was conducted in English being part of a process to promote the skill and develop the interest in communicating and conducting session in English.
