On 31 July 2019, a daylong meeting held at the Cathedral of Church of Bangladesh in Dhaka Bangladesh. The meeting conducted by Rt. Rev. Samuel S. Mankhin the Moderator of Church of Bangladesh. In the meeting there were Deputy Moderator Rt. Rev. Shourabh Pholia, Bishop of Kushtia Diocese, six Deans and seven Convenors of the Thematic Technical Teams. Mr. Paul Subrata Malakar the newly appointed person for the MSP4 Project was also present along with the Synod staff members.
The purpose of the meeting was to recapitulate the priorities of the project and the way forward. Mr. Malakar presented the situation of the project along with the challenges and means to overcome those challenges. A series of training programme chalked out with timeline. At the end of the meeting the Moderator focused on the timeline, monitoring and reporting system. Deputy Moderator Rt. Rev. Shourabh Pholia, Bishop of Kushtia Diocese focused on stewardship and commitment required for the project.
