Mr Joseph Shudhin Mondal, the Synod Secretary of Church of Bangladesh given the welcome address and after that they were honored with gift and crest given by the Rt Revd Paul S Sarker. At that time, Modertaor Revd Shamuel Tealavia also gave a crest to Moderator of Church of Bangladesh Rt Revd Paul S Sarker.
The team visited the social activities of the Church of Bangladesh on the outskirts of old Dhaka city. After a brief cultural programme and lunch the programme was concluded.
Three visitors Ms. Naomi Herbert, Director of International Programmes, Mrs. Fran Mate, International Programme Manager and Mrs. Carrie Myers, Volunteering Manager from United Society (Us), UK, formerly known as USPG came to the Church of Bangladesh to visit the Community Health and Hygiene Projects of CBSDP and activities of Bollovpur hospital during 24th May-1st June 2014.
The team visited Rana Plaza site at Savar and met with many of the victims of the collapsed factory . They heard their stories and tried to understand their sorrows and pain of not having their human rights upheld. The victims were happy to be able to share their lives with them and have hope they can build better lives in the future.

On 23 December 2012, Rt Revd Paul S Sarker inaugurated the Emmanuel Church at Rajapur through a special service. In conducting the service, he was assisted by Revd Monindra Baidya – Dean of the Jobarpar Deanery, Revd Nirod Boron Biswas, Revd Santi Mondol. Around 700 people from different parishes attend the service.
