On May 2, at CDSP Suagram, Gopalgonj and 23, 2025, at CDSP Baruajani, Sherpur, CMCY arranged two staff Coordination Meetings and there CMCY- Director, Officers, the Project Manager, Project In-charge, Accountant and Social Workers from the neighboring projects took part. At Baruajani, the honorable Moderator, COB and Chairperson CMCY and Mrs. Monita Mankhin, COB- Education Director also attended the coordination meeting. The primary purposes of these meetings were to exchange information, harmonize efforts and align strategies to achieve holistic benefits of the targeted children through the CMCY runs projects. At these meetings, Mr. Shyamal, Director, CMCY spoke on the CMCY policies and urged staff to follow the policies strictly, please. The most honorable Moderator, Chairperson of CMCY through his speech encouraged staff to carry on one’s duties with more attention and joy. Furthermore, the Moderator expressed his satisfaction to find CMCY-staff devoted to their duties towards serving the vulnerable children and thus gave thanks to the Director and all. From these meetings, participants could gather much joy and due guidance and knowledge for the fruitful contribution towards their vocations. Local project children gave warm reception to the participants, performed cultural functions and also entertained the guests.
