A seminar on “Wound Infection and Principles of Management” was held at Christian Mission Hospital, Rajshahi, on 10th September 2024. The event was attended by nearly 40 specialist doctors and medical officers. Key topics included the latest strategies for preventing and treating wound infections. Experts also discussed emerging trends in wound care and effective management protocols. The seminar aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of medical professionals in wound management.
25 years of the Pastoral Ministry ofthe Rt. Rev. Paul Shishir SarkerBy the year 2012 Rt. Rev. Paul Shishir Sarkar has accomplished his 25 years service in pastoral Ministry of Church of Bangladesh. He was ordained as a deacon in January 1987. The occasion was celebrated through a special service of thanks giving arranged by Dhaka Diocese of COB on 22 September 2012. People attended the occasion expressed their gratitude and conveyed heartfelt thanks to him for his relentless service to Church. The Moderator in exchange gave thanks to all for their cooperation and asked blessing of God and continued support from them for his future ministry and pastoral care.
Like every year, this year as well throughout the lent period Revival Mass Gatherings of Christian Religion took place at different parishes. This year, out of six, it was arranged at five deaneries. For each revival mass gathering there was separate theme.
