Fellowship with Suborno Nagorik (Differently able people.)

Barishal Diocese arranged a fellowship with the Suborna Nagorik (Differently able people) on 26th August at Samata Integrated School, Kashipur, Barishal. The theme of the fellowship was “I am fearfully and wonderfully made” (Ps. 139:14). Honorable Bishop Pholia shared the Word of God on the theme. He showed some flowers to all and said the flowers are different with their color, shape, fragrance and beauty but they all are created by God. Likewise, God has created us all differently fearfully and wonderfully. All are created to glorify God.

Around 50 participants from Jobarpar deanery churches joined the fellowship. There were especial children, youth, their guardians and church priest. Along with them Bishop Shourabh Pholia, Diocesan Bishop, Rev. Santi Mondal, Dean, Jobarpar Deanery, Mr. Richard Ratan Halder, Diocesan Secretary, Mr. Babul Biswas, Secretary, St. Peter Church, Mr. Samir Baroi, Secretary, St. Joseph’ Church, Mr. John Tilok Sarkar, Physiotherapist were present at fellowship.

Mr. John Tilok Sarkar, Physiotherapist from Police Hospital, Barishal provided medical advice for the special children and youth. Mr. Prantosh Boidya informed about the rights of the Suborna Nagorik according to the law Bangladesh and also informed how they can be facilitated by Bangladesh Govt. and NGOs.

The special children enjoyed the moments of singing chorus songs and drawing.
