In July 2022 CoB organized a 3 days’ workshop based on The Church of Bangladesh strategic plan 2021-2030 for the Bible School. The goal of the workshop was to introduce the newly developed strategic papers to the women’s fellowship. This workshop opens the doors for the Bible School of the Church to re-think deeply about their responsibilities to the church in the coming years. The diocesan Bible School committee members did participate in this workshop. Through this workshop, we tried to find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the Buble School by doing the SWOT analysis. We also did prepare the activities of the Bible School in the church for the next five years and tried to find out the responsibilities of the Bible School in the Church.
