Mrs. Matilda Tina Boidya KIA Portfolio Coordinator in Bangladesh, Kerk in Actie visited CoB and Shalom on 10th October 2021. Church of Bangladesh and development wings Shalom welcomed her at St. Thomas Cathedral meeting room. Most Rev. Samuel S Mankhin, Director of Shalom and CMCY and some key staff was attend the welcome ceremony. Honorable Moderator has given a presentation on different wings of Church of Bangladesh and how the Church Ministry is giving service in the country.
Then Shalom has arranged a day long discussion with Ms. Baidya about the major thematic area is implementing for the community peoples. KIA is implementing ‘Transformation of Socio-Economic Conditions of the Under Privileged Communities through Adaptive Sustainable Interventions’ project in Rajshahi and Haluaghat area. Number of 2,518 household directly benefiting from the project.
