- Dhaka Diocese (In the district of Dhaka, Chittagong, Khagrachori, Tangail, Mymensingh, Sherpur, and Netrokona)
- Kushtia Diocese (In the district of Kushtia, Meherpur, Chuadanga, Rajshahi, Chapai Nawabgonj, Natore, Noagaon, Bogra, Nilphamary and Dinajpur)
- Barishal Diocese (In the district of Barisal, Gopalgonj, Khulna, Bagerhat and Jessore)
- 1 city pastorate: Chittagong city pastorate, under the city pastorate there are 5 new congregation in the district of Khagrachori.
